This page was created with the help (and urging) of my man Holt in Albuquerque. Thanks, Holt. The purpose of this page is to chronicle my brewing activities and provide some assistance and resources to those who are just learning the hobby.
I’ve been brewing since 1994, and I have yet to reach the point where I would call myself an expert. As a biotech engineer, brewing is a logical hobby for me. My brews, much like my taste in beer, have a broad range. Through the years I have developed a good set of classic recipes, as well as some very eclectic brews. Those of you who have had my most recent peated english ale, Stone the Crows, or my bourbon milk stout know exactly what I’m talking about. I still try to learn as much as I can about brewing, and am always on the lookout for new and interesting ideas.
Relax, have a home brew!
