Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel - This beer was bulk aged for almost 6 months in an oak barrel previously used for grenache.  The oak and wine character really come through in the beer, and the end result is VERY nice.

American Wit - A new take on the Belgian Wit/White Ale style of beer.  This one is slightly darker and hopped with all American hops, while still keeping the light body and spice/citrus undertones.  Very good Summer beer (if only we had Summer here in Pacifica)
